Our relationship with Ascot Racecourse began in 2006 with a brief to publish a bespoke, high-end publication that promotes the Royal Meeting to a relevant audience whilst providing racegoers with a gorgeous souvenir and giving the racecourse an additional revenue stream.
The publication had to pay homage to the incredible history of Royal Ascot and Ascot Racecourse, delivering the highest quality editorial features and photographs.
The magazine required a premium feel and feature on-brand third-party advertising featuring fashion, fine dining and, of course, horse racing.
Dialogue produced a magazine with a premium feel: from the luxurious design to high profile editorial pieces featuring Michelin-starred chefs Tom Kerridge, Michael Caines MBE and Raymond Blanc as well as famed jockeys and pundits Willie Carson, Ryan Moore and Jim McGrath.
In 2016, HRH The Princess Royal herself wrote a piece for the magazine.
The size has followed luxury print trends, going from A4 to a squarer format while its increased pagination resulted in a magazine with real presence.
In 2013 we launched a regional media partnership with Archant title The Resident: 2,000 copies are bagged with luxury Archant title The Resident and a further 1,000 are distributed in five-star hotels in London, enabling the brand to reach its core demographic.
We also send e-newsletters to Archant’s opt-in database of 100,000 people and engage with racegoers by sending e-newsletters to previous purchasers of the magazine.
The partnership has continued to develop, and we now work with Ascot Racecourse and other Archant titles to extend marketing solutions for the event through print, digital adverts and e-newsletters.
