Dialogue started working with Bentley Motors on its automotive content for retailers and associated email campaigns in March 2020. It was crucial for the digital content team to hit the ground running to ensure a seamless transition of service for the retailer focused content and associated e-newsletter projects – communications that are vital in bringing the Bentley brand closer to customers via its dealers.
The scope of the digital work included retailer focused content, B2C content, management of the web portals where content was hosted and distribution of the content through email communications.
Expert content creation was vital to the success of the project, so a team was built from individuals with a broad experience in luxury and automotive content. To complement this, the team also consisted of those with a strong digital background including with experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
Understanding the brand was key. Badrutt's Palace has an exciting history, and when combined with its values of exclusivity, heritage, glamour, fun and innovation, the content mix was broad. Guests at the hotel are ultra high net worth individuals with discerning taste and frequently returning guests, so the content offering had to provide a reassuring feel for returning guests whilst modernising the design and extending the reach.
