Dialogue won a competitive pitch in 2019 to publish Tower Revue, the magazine for luxury hotel Badrutt’s Palace in St Moritz. The brief was to increase the hotel’s occupancy in the summer season by showcasing the activities and opportunities at this less popular time of year, promote upselling opportunities, reflect the values of the hotel, provide an updated look and feel for the magazine, reach prospective guests and improve the quality and positioning of the advertising.
Understanding the brand was key. Badrutt's Palace has an exciting history, and when combined with its values of exclusivity, heritage, glamour, fun and innovation, the content mix was broad. Guests at the hotel are ultra high net worth individuals with discerning taste and frequently returning guests, so the content offering had to provide a reassuring feel for returning guests whilst modernising the design and extending the reach.
