Dialogue has worked with Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz since 2019. As one of the world's foremost luxury hotels, it is important that they communicate with their returning guests and attract new ones, promoting the hotel, its services and its environs. Its bilingual magazine Tower Revue required a full refresh, bringing its content, production quality, advertisers and design up to the high standards of the hotel itself.

Distributed at the hotel and mailed to regular bookers, the print magazine helps connect guests to their favourite hotel, but a new digital strategy was required to attract new visitors and promote the hotel to a wider audience.
Understanding the brand was key. Badrutt's Palace has an exciting history, and when combined with its values of exclusivity, heritage, glamour, fun and innovation, the content mix was broad. Guests at the hotel are ultra high net worth individuals with discerning taste and frequently returning guests, so the content offering had to provide a reassuring feel for returning guests whilst modernising the design and extending the reach.
