Dialogue has appointed a new Head of Client Services, Jason Elkins. The role will encompass both account management and production excellence with a team of Account directors, Account managers and Operations specialists reporting directly to him.
Jason’s focus will be on ensuring that Dialogue continues to exceed client expectations both in the level of service provided and in the quality of output. Seeking to understand clients’ challenges as well as their goals and how we can answer both. He will be working across the current client portfolio as well as on new business – making sure client intimacy is top of the agenda.
Jason has more than 16 years’ experience in account management, most recently for Burrows and EWA, both part of the WPP group. He has worked across a range of sectors and clients including Galiford Try, Wiltshire Farm Foods, Baxi and East Anglian Air Ambulance, helping them to shape their marketing strategies and deliver effective campaigns.
Zoe Francis, Agency Director at Dialogue said: “As we grow as an agency it’s very important that we focus on our clients and continue to give each and every one of them the attention they deserve, which is why we have created the new post of Head of Client Services. Jason brings a wealth of international account management and development experience and is joining an experienced customer-centric team. I look forward to working with him on some excellent new client initiatives.”
Jason Elkins said: “While many agencies make the mistake of focusing too much of their spotlight on new business wins, it’s clear that the team here at Dialogue recognise the importance of excellent service levels regardless whether you’re an existing or a new client. Getting closer to clients to develop and evolve initiatives that matter to their audiences is something I’m passionate about.”
Dialogue works with high profile brands including Porsche Club, Center Parcs, Harley-Davidson, Jeep, Royal Ascot and Central England Co-operative on content strategy and consumer engagement solutions.
